Our approach to chocolate

Most chocolate brands will tell you theirs is the best.
At Wholehearted, I'd rather show you how mine is made and let you decide.

The best judge of chocolate is your own taste.

In the chocolate world there is a lot of emphasis on expertise, awards, and tasting notes. Those things can be interesting, but they can't tell you what you’ll enjoy.

There is no objectively “best” chocolate. You have to find what’s right for you.

My role as a maker is not to dress things up and persuade you to appreciate them.
My job is to make chocolates as well as I can, explain the decisions behind them, and let you taste for yourself.

From there, only one question matters.
