At Wholehearted, I show you how mine is made and let you decide.

The best judge of chocolate is your own taste.

In the chocolate world, there is a lot of emphasis on expertise, awards, and tasting notes. Those things can be interesting, but they don’t determine what you’ll actually enjoy.

There is no objectively “best” chocolate. You have to find what’s right for you.

My role as a maker is not to dress things up and persuade you to appreciate them.
My role is to make chocolates as well as I can, explain the decisions behind them, and let you taste for yourself.

From there, the only question that matters is simple.
