Returns & Refunds

Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns for any of our products. 

When you place an order with us, we do everything we can to provide you with the joy and satisfaction you deserve to receive. If you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us right away and we will work together to find a proper resolution.  

In the event of a quality issue, we offer the option of a full refund or exchange, provided that the issue is brought to our attention within 24 hours of delivery. In such a case please contact us either by email or by calling the phone number shown on the product label. Additional information in the form of pictures or video may need to be submitted to help identify or confirm any potential issues. 

Wholehearted Chocolate is not responsible for any damage to packages that may occur during the shipping process. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.
