Our bars are where we let the chocolate do the talking. We keep them single origin, which means the cacao comes from one country and carries the flavor shaped by its soil and climate.

We work primarily with Colombian chocolates, and also source select origins from Ecuador, Peru, Venezuela, and Ghana.

Most of our bars are pure dark chocolate ranging from 65-85% cacao. We offer a smaller selection with toppings.
