Bars are where the true character of chocolate shines.

We keep our bars single origin and simple. The truffles are about complementary flavor pairings - the bars are where we let the chocolate do the talking.

Single origin means the cacao comes from one country, giving the chocolate a distinctive flavor shaped by the environment where it’s grown.

We work primarily with Colombian chocolate, and we also source from other countries including Ecuador, Peru, and Ghana.

Most of our bars are pure dark chocolate, ranging from 65-85% cacao. We offer a smaller selection with toppings.
