Each one features a smooth ganache center inside a thin chocolate shell, balancing the natural taste of chocolate without becoming too rich or too sweet.

Our ganache is non-traditional. Instead of cream, the base is melted chocolate blended with grassfed ghee and avocado oil. Fruit and nut flavors are dairy-free, featuring housemade nut butters, cold-pressed citrus oils, and avocado oil. No artificial ingredients anywhere.

Most recipes are designed using three single-origin Colombian chocolates: 70% dark for the shell, 61% dark for the ganache base, and 40% milk in select recipes.
