This is a single region chocolate bar, made with Fine Flavor cocoa beans from Tumaco, in the southwestern corner of Colombia. 
Known for its high humidity and rainfall, this coastal region is ideal for growing cacao. The combination of mineral-rich soil and consistent warmth and moisture leads to bold and well-rounded flavor profiles.
