About Our Truffles

Each truffle has a thin dark chocolate shell and a smooth ganache center.
We build each filling around a clear flavor that pairs chocolate with one or two supporting ingredients (like nuts, fruits, coffee, tea, or spices).

Recipes rotate throughout the year, but the standard remains the same: each filling should complement the chocolate, taste distinct, and remain balanced rather than overly rich or sweet.

Shipping & Pickup

All orders ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to reduce unnecessary time in transit.

All orders are packed with insulation and cold packs during warm weather.

Optional package protection is available in the cart section and covers loss, theft, shipping damage, and heat-related damage.

Local pickup is available during regular shop hours.

Storage Recommendations

Store your truffles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, moisture, and strong odors. They are best kept near room temperature, ideally around 65–70°F.

The truffles are shelf stable, but their flavor and texture are best within a few weeks of purchase.

Refrigeration is not required. If you refrigerate them, keep them in an airtight container and allow them to return toward room temperature before eating.
